The Most Wonderful Wiz-o-Oz

I'm going to go out on a limb for this next project. I have been wanting to illustrate/paint in Photoshop for quite some time. I spent a great some time looking at styles to do this piece in and have come across some great work. They want all of the Ozzies on the yellow brick road like below.
