MK Knockout & MK Elves

Morsekode (MK) has a tradition of creating a website for our clients and friends to show our fun side around the agency during Christmas, Halloween and whenever we feel like doing so. This year we developed cookie cutters, sprinkles, frosting/gel, poster and a tin to send our to our clients for the Christmas season. (I will get to posting the packaging once we have everything all photographed.)

You can check out both of the sites I designed below:

MK Website Icons

It has been months since my last post. Hello once again. I will need to show you lovely folks all the great work that has been going down at MK (Morsekode) since my internship (started June) and hiring just a few weeks ago. Now that I am all legit and official (name sign, business cards and all) I can update my blog and website.

I am currently working on biz for Shure, Apple Valley Basketball, Mayo Clinic, Thompson Reuters, in-house (website and icons seen above), and much more!

Enjoy these few iconic treats...hopefully to curb your appetite for a few seconds.

DFIX: Sollie's Final

Our senior show classes (2) decided to go with Jake's logo, Kelly's design, and my typography. I guess you could say it was a team project over the last few weeks. Can't wait to see the final screen-printed posters.
My final version of the poster. I will post the final version soon.

Silhouetted College Kid-o

I have been working on a few more bulletin boards lately. This is part of the illustration for the Gender Violence board. It was fun to play with the negative space always leading to the outside as if the white was creeping into the black. Filled silhouettes are overused and since the client still wanted one I decided to twist it a bit.
My character looked too much like an old man so a re-draw was necessary.
The finished silhouette.

A series of logos I developed for a fictitious baby oil company. I am looking to design packaging for my product as well.

Happy ___ Day 2011

When I asked Kylie to be my Valentine and she replied with a maybe and no definite answer this is how I took the situation. Her card was a fill in the blank with what we were celebrating.

Fashion Photography: Try Number One

This is my first assignment for my Fashion and Glamour Photography class. We could not use and flash equipment for the shoot.
